What We Do

Manufacture — EPS Blocks & Sheets

We produce expanded polystyrene foam (EPS, “Styrofoam”, thermocol foam) with controlled densities, smooth wire-cut faces, and tight tolerances for packaging, insulation, floatation, and industrial uses.

Manufacture — Thermocol Balls (Expanded Beads)

Since 2018 we supply expanded beads for garment washing lines (especially denim), with daily capacity up to 2 metric tons. Diameter options allow precise control of mechanical action and finish.

Distribute — Raw EPS Beads (Unexpanded)

A separate local sell/supply line for unexpanded beads in 25 kg, 750 kg, and 850 kg bags. Particle-size bands map to typical foam densities for molding and packaging.

Sell Machines — Full Procurement Support

We help source, purchase, and commission pre-expanders, molding/blocking units, hot-wire cutters, screening systems, densifiers, and accessories — including SOPs, preventive maintenance, and spares planning.

EPS for Denim & Garment Washing — Cleaner Alternative to Pumice

Why switch from pumice

  • Consistency: EPS balls do not fracture like stone; action stays stable.
  • Lower machine stress: lighter media reduces wear & stoppages.
  • Cleaner effluent: no mineral grit; typically lower sludge/TSS.
  • Better ergonomics: faster loading/unloading with lower weight.

Best-practice (starting points)

  • Charge ratio: ~10–20% of drum volume or 0.5–1.0× garment mass.
  • Diameter: XL/XXL for classic stone-look; XXXL for stronger effect.
  • Speed/time: aim for tumbling, avoid slap; EPS often shortens cycles.
  • Chemistry: compatible with desize/bleach/enzyme; reduce stone-specific additives.

Are raw beads and thermocol balls the same line?

No. Unexpanded raw beads are supplied from a separate local sell/supply line.
