Our Journey
From Demra, Dhaka, we supply EPS products for construction, packaging, garments, industrial use and trading partners across Bangladesh.
2012–2016 — Process Mastery
Invested in hot-wire precision, density control, moisture conditioning; set batch-wise quality checkpoints.

Manufacture — EPS Blocks & Sheets
We produce expanded polystyrene foam (EPS, “Styrofoam”, thermocol foam) with controlled densities, smooth wire-cut faces, and tight tolerances for packaging, insulation, floatation, and industrial uses.
Manufacture — Thermocol Balls (Expanded Beads)
Since 2018 we supply expanded beads for garment washing lines (especially denim), with daily capacity up to 2 metric tons. Diameter options allow precise control of mechanical action and finish.
Distribute — Raw EPS Beads (Unexpanded)
A separate local sell/supply line for unexpanded beads in 25 kg, 750 kg, and 850 kg bags. Particle-size bands map to typical foam densities for molding and packaging.
Sell Machines — Full Procurement Support
We help source, purchase, and commission pre-expanders, molding/blocking units, hot-wire cutters, screening systems, densifiers, and accessories — including SOPs, preventive maintenance, and spares planning.

- Kerf: minimal; accounted for in nesting planning.
- Surface: smooth wire-cut; special finishes on request. Oversize panels can be laminated.

EPS balls are lightweight, consistent and easier to handle than conventional stone media, helping washing plants improve control and reduce machine stress.

No. Unexpanded raw beads are supplied from a separate local sell/supply line.
